  We took an iphone7 in to get the screen replaced. The phone was working fine, just the screen was cracked. After getting it back the phone was acting weird. Buttons wouldn’t work, it would randomly start opening webpages in its own, wouldn’t close down pages, etc. Took it back up there and was told the frame was bent and that’s why it wasn’t working, had nothing to do with the screen replacement. Well Phone worked just fine before you touched it!! Will never go to this store again.

  Absolutely terrible. I went in to have my screen replaced on 8/24/2017 and came out with a phone that is completely unusable. Never had an issue with the screen prior to the repair at Batteries Plus. Subsequent to the repair, the screen would fail to respond to touch. The only way to fix was a hard reset. Would have to perform a hard reset every 30 minutes. I run a small business and my phone is essential. I would miss calls frequently because I could not swipe the screen to answer. Went back in 6 times and the problem was never resolved. I have since had to replace the phone. The store refuses to even refund the cost of the "repair." Instead, they're hiding behind some fine print and offering to "fix" the new problem for an additional $99. Store manager Larz has not so much as offered an apology. I would recommend you go somewhere else. This store, based on other reviews has a demonstrable history of not caring. Total cost of screen repair at this store? $963.39.
