  Man in shoe dept was putting together a shelf while I struggled with the men's shoes. Display shoes were on different aisles than the matching boxed ones. Nikes and Skechers were all messed up. Finally decided on a pair (not what I wanted, but I have an injured knee and simply could not walk anymore.) Go to front to pay, no one checking out at first register, but she made me hobble all the way around the roping, even though the only lady in line was going to the second register! I promise, never again! Famous Footwear for next pair shoes.

  Their customer service department is great. My wife bought me a drone, I used it inside the house fine, but when I took it outside the stupid thing went straight up. and up.and up. out of site. About 15 minutes later I was outside raking looked up and saw it falling from outer space about 4-5 streets away. Somehow I found it and took it back. So I took it back and they got me another one. Big smiles for me.
